I poured the Pepi Pinot Grigio 2011, the Pepi Chenin Blanc-Viognier 2011, and the Pepi Chardonnay 2011 last night for several guests. All of the wines had a slight chill on them, but not too cold. The wine of the week is 2009 Willamette Valley “Elton” Pinot Noir, Eola-Amity Hills Oregon. I fell in love with this vineyard, the people and the wine.
