The winners were announced. What a fun evening we all had at Northwood Village. Great turnout for this years Chefs Challenge. We had wines to pair with the Chefs creations. I found that most of the wines paired nicely with almost every dish. The wine we served was: 2009 Pacific Rim dry Riesling to go with Malakor Thai Café –
