Beaujolais Nouveau is a young wine that is only released once per year. It arrives right before Thanksgiving. to be exact it is the Third Thursday of November Worldwide. It is just a babe. Grapes are only six weeks old! It is a fruity, easy to drink wine with almost no tannins to make you pucker. Beaujolais Nouveau is a great Turkey wine. I would like to thank France for the perfect timing on the release of this light Gamay grape and for the perfect accompaniment to your Thanksgiving feast.
